What is your return policy?
All of our curtains and blinds are made-to-order based on your particular requirements, so we are unable to offer change of mind returns. We do however offer a warranty on all orders, and are also able to do alterations if needed.
What is your warranty policy?
All of our curtains and blinds come with a warranty. Standard blinds are covered for 3 years, while premium blinds and curtains are covered for 5 years.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects, but does not cover accidental or intentional damage.
